Most laundry and dry cleaning orders are returned within 48 hours. We’ll notify you if an item needs extra time.

Yes! Please leave any special instructions you may have, regarding your garments, in the 'Order Notes' section of your order in the app.

Yes! Easy Clean is fully equipped to handle your most delicate and valuable items with professional care. Each item is thoroughly inspected prior to the cleaning process and we will reach out to you if there are any problems with your garment.

We’ll re-clean the item at no charge. Report the issue (with a photo if possible) within 24 hours of delivery. Easy Clean strives to do our best and treat all garments with the utmost care. 

Place your items in any disposable bag you have available. Include a piece of paper with your name and phone number inside the bag. After your first order, your items will be returned in an Easy Clean branded laundry bag for future use.
