How do I drop off my first dry cleaning or wash + fold locker order?

Use any bag(s) to separate dry cleaning from laundry, place your bag(s) into an open Easy Clean locker, and follow the steps on the outside of the Easy Clean locker to lock it. Place the order through the Easy Clean app and we will notify you when your clean garments are ready to pick up from your lockers. Expect to receive a new garment bag with your returned garments.

After I place my order when should I expect it back?

You can expect your order to be returned in 48 hours.

What happens if I am out of town and I leave my laundry in a locker for more than 48 hours after it is ready?

We kindly request that you retrieve your returned order within 24 hours. Orders that are left longer than 24 hours will be subject to a $5 late fee.

Order Scheduling

Scheduling is easy. Open the Easy Clean app select your service. Place your Easy Clean bag in any of the empty lockers. Enter a 4 digit code into the locker and click lock. In the app leave the locker number and code in the order notes section.

On Pickup Day

One of our drivers will come pick up your items from the locker. If this is your first order please leave your clothes in a disposable bag with a note with your name and phone number in the bag.

On Delivery Day

On delivery day exepct a text informing you that your cleaned garmets are out for delivery. Our drivers will place them in any open locker at your location with and let you know what the locker # and code to access it are.
